Fresh 3's Fridays is not a watered-down version of preschool. It is the same research-driven Purposeful Play Framework, the same credentialed teachers, the same individualized approach — delivered in a single Friday session each week.
Your child will move through the same daily rhythm as our full-time 3's students: Academic Play, the Developmental Playroom, daily enrichment, outdoor time, and snack. Every moment is intentional. Every activity is designed by a doctoral researcher in early childhood education who knows exactly what a three-year-old's brain needs. And you do not have to take our word for it — you are welcome to walk your child all the way to the classroom door and come inside whenever you would like. At Spark, parents are not visitors. You are always part of your child's school day.

Your Child Starts When They're Ready.
Most preschools operate on a fixed calendar. If your child's birthday falls after the enrollment cutoff, you wait — sometimes an entire year — before they can begin.
At Spark, we do it differently.
Your child is eligible for Fresh 3's Fridays starting on the day they turn three. Mid-October birthday? They can join in October. January birthday? January it is. There is no "you'll have to wait until next fall."
This matters because three-year-olds are ready to learn when they are ready — not when the calendar says so. The research on early childhood brain development is clear: the preschool years are the most critical window for building the neural pathways children will rely on for language, math, social skills, and problem-solving for the rest of their lives. Every month counts.

Are There Any Age Requirements?
Your child must be three years old by their first day and must be fully potty trained before they begin. That is it. No testing. No evaluation. Just a family ready to take that first step.

Many families begin with Fresh 3's Fridays and, once their child is settled and thriving, choose to add days. It happens organically — often because the child starts asking to go to school on the days they are home.
When your family is ready, Friday students can transition directly into the Monday/Wednesday 3's Preschool at any point during the school year. There is no waiting list, no re-enrollment process, and no disruption — your child simply joins a program they already know and love.
The $100/month Friday rate is equivalent to the per-day cost of our two-day program. If you ever add Monday and Wednesday, you will find the investment scales naturally alongside the days — and your child gains access to the full weekly enrichment rotation: Spanish, STEM, Art, Communication, and Music & Movement.
